How it works

A free assessment and a written plan within 48 hours: what we would automate first, how, what it saves and what it costs. The plan is yours whether you hire us or not. Then a two-week sprint at a fixed price agreed before anything is built. After that, optional monthly maintenance.

What we usually automate first

Invoices and receipts. Incoming PDFs and emails are read, matched to orders and posted to the accounting system.
Quotes. A priced quote on your own template, drafted from the customer's request and ready for a human to approve and send.
Orders and data entry. Data moves between email, Excel, the web shop, the CRM and the ERP without anyone retyping it.
Customer email triage. Routine questions answered automatically, drafts prepared for the rest, the important ones surfaced.
Reminders and follow-ups. Appointments, unpaid invoices, unanswered quotes. On time, every time.
Reports. The week's numbers pulled from your systems and summarised in plain language.

We connect to what you already run: email, Excel and Google Sheets, Netvisor, Procountor, HubSpot, Pipedrive, web shops, WhatsApp and most systems with an API or a mailbox. Data stays in the EU, we agree what the AI may and may not see, and nothing is used to train public models.

Agents in production. Claude and OpenAI models with tool calling, structured outputs and retries, wired into your existing systems and watched like any other service.
MCP servers and tooling. Expose your internal data and actions to agents through Model Context Protocol servers, with permissions and audit trails.
Human in the loop. Approval steps, escalation to a person, and clear logs of what the agent did and why.
Help for your team. Pairing, code review and architecture for teams building with the Claude Agent SDK, Claude Code and similar tooling. We ship with you, not slides at you.

Pricing is the same as for automation: a fixed-price sprint when the scope is clear, otherwise 120 €/h plus VAT. Code lives in your repository from day one.

Every table and terrace seat has a QR code. Guests order food and drinks on their own phone through Answe's conversational ordering flow, and the order reaches the kitchen and the bar without a server having to get to the table first.

About Timo Kari

I have built mobile and web services for over 20 years, for Finland's largest media houses, a cyber-security company and dozens of startups, SMBs and public-sector organisations. Since 2025 I have focused on getting AI to do companies' routine work reliably: not as a demo, but in production, inside existing tools, with a person in the loop when it matters.

I also build and run my own product, Answe, used by Sofia Helsinki and Arden Restaurants among others. Running a product keeps me honest about what maintenance costs and what user feedback feels like.

How I work

Fixed price whenever possible. Sprints and prototypes are priced up front. Ongoing work on a monthly retainer. Hourly at 120 €/h plus VAT.
